I think compared to the rest of the market it is. I have a 2010 vehicle with 130k on it and that's not hard to do these days.

It replaces the front center console. You have to take off the arm rests to get it in there but I believe the mounting lugs interfere with flipping it up/down. I swapped in the entire front row from the truck so I didn't have to worry about the armrests.
I swapped mine because I didn't like the stock armrests on the captains chairs (too short).
Also, the one in the link is the newer style which I believe fits but not with all 4 bolts.
