Hello my 1993 f150 has a shudder/ shake at low speeds accerating, extended cab long box so a 2 peice drive shaft. i got a transmission flush with mercon 5 and i know nothing about this transmission. Should i take out my rear drive shaft out and test it in 4x4 for a small amount of time and see if it goes away? I want to make sure it is my transmission and not my drive shaft it was at 35 to 45 not its at right on take off and kinda all over. The motor wass unbolted i believe at 30000 for the oil pan on my service records? thought this was weird kind of annoying and truck just about only has 58000 miles.

Reason: added more info
The only way to check the ujoints is with the driveshaft out of the truck. You'll miss many bad ones if you check it while still installed in the truck.
all u joints solid and new carrier bearing. replaced center u joint 10000 miles ago when i got the truck, i felt all the u joint when i replaced the center one
unbalanced tire, broken belt? failed u-joint since replaced/inspected out of truck?
loose engine/trans mount bolts/failing mounts? cheap/free things first.check then check again, even if you think something should still be good.insure it's still good.
apprciate i, i know it is really hard on the transfer case but would i be okay to see if my drive shaft is out of balance to go down the road once without the rear driveshaft?
i didn't know that was hard on the t-case.iv had to remove a rear drive shaft a few times over the years and run 'er in front wheel drive to get home before.
