Yes they do. Loosing the perfectly flat space by putting a rear center console was something I had to consider. I may eventually revisit the console and see if I can incorporate a quick remove function...
Our 2001 Chrysler T&C has a front console that can be removed and placed between the middle bucket seats. It uses a permanent floor bracket, then a latch to release, lift that end a bit and slide it to slip off the floor mount and it lifts right out.
In addition, the FRONT position includes contacts that provide POWER to the console.
About the same tan leather cover, might want to check it out if you can find one at a pick-n-pull?
