If you decide to get new lines in the spring for the hubs, go with the size I mentioned above if you don't want to get OEM lines.

Well I switched the blower to all the different settings and it worked fine. The truck had been runing for about ten minutes when I tested each switch position for the blower. I twent from vent, defrost, feet, vent, everything just fine.

I tested switch again. With 4x4 off it worked perfect. I switched 4x4 on and the vents would not change.

You've just isolated the vacuum leak to the wheel well, now to find out if it's right or left. Take some vice grips and crimp one vacuum hose in the wheel well at a time to learn if the heater still works when one or the other is pinched. If you are unsure which line is vacuum vs. ABS sensor cable or brake line, hold off on the pinch thing until you are sure.

I also had the line under passenger side battery rout apart after I fixed the wheel wells lines. So you just have to check them all if it dosen't fix your problem.
