We had a vendor call us tonight telling us the rear fenders I wanted are in now, they told us 6 months ago they would have some in a months time. Back then we called another vendor and we had them in a couple weeks..
Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Just getting back from the mountains and taking the granddaughters home. If I could, I would turn right around and go back for a few more days...
Welcome to the BS Thread Spencer. From the looks on your girl friends face, I would zealously guard my keys! Last time I saw a gal drooling over one of my rigs like that I ended up marrying her and she ended up with my keys!...
I see you also have some great taste when it comes to choosing wheels as well!
After a 5.3 mile hike one morning, it took less than five minutes for this to happen when we got back to camp for lunch! She didn't even want to wake up for lunch. She was sure she was going to die when told the afternoon hike was only going to be 6 miles.
Nice pics Jim....looks like a beautiful place. When we go to the valley, we always drive by the sign pointing to Silver Falls.....never have turned in...always too busy ...etc..etc. however, in our quest to see more of our beautiful state, we have it written on our list of places to see soon.
Today's funny...as we were heading towards town this morning, we got to the stop sign where left goes toward town, and right goes towards my Mom's place. (where we were headed) Stopped ahead of us was a pickup with a load of misc stuff stacked a little above the tailgate. On top of the stuff was one of those nice white hard plastic tables about 6 foot long. I was about to comment on not much holding the table in the pickup, when the driver turned left into the intersection and sure enough that table slid off into the middle of the intersection just as smooth as could be. I jumped out to help her, and she put it back on EXACTLY as it was before, and went on her merry way. I turned right so I didn't have to see it fall off again......
Tomorrow I'm heading back to Brooks for the second weekend of the Steam Up. Next show is a couple of weeks in Tillamook.
