Finally got a few pictures to post.....The first is at the John Deere Museum at Antique Powerland where the Steam Up is held...the other two are random shots of the Steam Up.
I really likes that saw. They are pretty dangerous, especially if you try to start one up without having it secured to a log. (Don't ask me how I know) Still beats a double bladed axe any day tho......

Good morning. We had a rough night here. None of us got any real sleep past 3:30am. Mason had a nightmare, then couldn't get back to sleep and came to our room every 10 minutes to tell us so. Owen woke up shortly after, starving of course. Jackie had to get up at 5:30 for work.
I hope I can squeeze a nap in sometime today when Owen is sleeping, and I hope Jackie has easy patients today. It's her last shift before her long stretch off.

Belated good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Very early morning "emergency" trip out to the farm. Goats rescued, one coyote dispatched, and a then back to the routine, a barn cat to the vet for neutering....

Good morning Oregon, it's finally FRIDAY! Hit 99 at 5 pm yesterday. But, we had a front roll through, and, 3.18 inches of rain later, temps are much cooler, and much less humid also.
