Glad you got it fixed, good numbers! Also I am glad to help good folks like yourself!!

There is a good write-up on fixing that radiator nipple - if you are interested, I could track it down.

Edit - found it more easily than I thought I would. It is a YouTube video:

Thank you Mark! I did the radiator repair with one of those videos but I must have knocked it loose or something this past week... I fixed it again and i'll see how it works in the morning. My neighbor works at a pipe supply co. and he is going to look for a 1/4NPT by 3/8in just in case (go a little larger), I have 1/8NPT now. Oh and another thing, I gave myself another opportunity while tightening the hpop cover; I put a little pressure on the blue egr hose and it started leaking...lol So I had to replace that too. Kind of a good thing though, the o-ring on the egr cooler side was shot. Here are the part numbers for the 2 seals needed to repair that hose;3C3Z-9N693-EA is for the oval seal under the top cover of the nipple on the oil cooler and 3C3Z-9N693-FA is for the fat round o-ring under the housing that the nipple is on. I thought I'd post those because I was looking for the part numbers and couldn't find them and the dealer had a hard time locating them too. haha! Anyway thank you again Mark that was certainly a great experience!

Well the nipple fix on the radiator seems to be holding.. I let it idle this morning for an hour and no leaks.. I did notice a couple of oil drops coming from behind the engine. When I was driving I opened up the turbo a bit and smoke started to come out, dark grey ish in color.. and the motor sputtered for a sec.. I pulled over and noticed some oil burning off the turbo.. the supply line was not leaking I shined a flashlight down in the valley and it was dry so I kept driving.. after my 20 mile trip there wasn't anymore oil burning off the turbo but I didn't get to floor the pedal because of rain. Is it normal for the turbo to get some oil inside after its been pulled out, turned around several times? Driving normal there wasn't any smoke and the engine ran great.

FICM 47.5
HPOP 246.2

I'm thinking this isn't a good sign....
I'm having some cold start issues too. My Scanguage measures some of these values, but not sure about HPOP, FICM Sync, CAM Sync, InjPW.

Are you reading these values at KOEO or idle? What are "normal" ranges? For instance, I know that FICM below ~45 is bad. Thanks.

Mine wouldn't start, those numbers were while cranking. I don't have a scan Guage but was using the torque app.. I'm sure you can get all the parameters you need with the Scanguage, maybe someone while chime in and help with that. Once you get the right parameters post back with the values and we can help you.

I have an extra IPR Valve with part number 5C3Z-9C968-CA I bought it off ebay. The one I bought at the dealer is 3C3Z-9C968-AA and is currently in my truck. Will this one, 5C3Z-9C968-CA, fit a 2004 built 1/2004? thank you!

I've run both models of the IPR valve in my engine with no issues.

I noticed the old style screen on the one from the dealer so I replaced the screen with the updated one. At least I have a spare one just in case... lol. Thanks again!
