DCTC may be under different mgmt now days.. My info is a good 10 years old now on both it and St Cloud... St. Cloud told all the car clubs to get lost when some moron from the old ARRF group cut the lock off the gate because the guy was an hour late in getting there to open up... It took a few years to get that resolved... ARRF is no more..

ARRF - was the acronym for American Road Racing Federation or something like that. They never had an organized road race, it was auto-x and track day stuff only as far as I am aware..
