Yup busy day around here today! Must be a full moon on the rise.
Darn full moons bringing out the crazy people. Haha

I have been through Braham many times and that is for sure one of the smaller dealers around. I bet they can give you a pretty good deal. Always good to buy from a local business when you can especially when you need warranty work done if it is a new truck you are buying..

As much as I like to support the smaller dealers - I won't be buying a new vehicle from the one in my town again.... I could have got my truck at least a thousand cheaper by going to a larger dealer and my truck would have been built a couple weeks earlier as well...
Plus - they effed up and did not get the heated seats that I asked for.. I threatened to cancel the order when we were already "in production" and my salesman checked and found out that I did have that option, however, if I did cancel, he would lose his job because the dealership could not afford to eat it... Not one to put another 60+ year old man out of a job, we accepted the truck..
Did a little of this in Sunday. Managed to get nice and sunburned as well!
That looks like fun Chris! You should let me know when the next one is, wouldn't it be fun to autocross the Lincoln?

I'd agree with that. I've used TrueCar in the past to score a couple of great deals over the years, and I know their pricing is typically offered by several local dealers. So when TrueCar says their target price is $8,300 off MSRP, and Braham Ford tells me around $5K, I don't think they're gonna earn my business. When the time comes I'll certainly give them a shot, but I'd be willing to bet they don't move the kind of volume needed to give a great deal.
The salesman told me that he had two crew cabs out there at the moment, and in all likelihood they'd still have both of them in two months.

Good for you Randy, it's really great to hear others look beyond the needs of themselves. Sadly there are far too many people who don't look beyond their own interests.
