Sweet ride Josh. Hope it brings you many miles of good service.
So my excursion AC has been acting up. Only on really humid or rainy days. Otherwise it's pumping out cold air. If it's raining it will start blowing ambient temp air into the cab. When it stops it goes back to cold. Condenser? I had it tested for refrigerant and leaks. They said it had plenty and no leaks. What's the deal? Sensor?

Hook up some A\C gauges and watch the pressures, if everything is good, then spray the outside of the truck with the hose pipe and keep watching. If it's a sensor then it will eventually go bad. If it's a connector or water shorting out the wiring, then you'll find it when you spray the connector, it'll show up real fast on the gauges.
