its not emissions really... its just "is the truck safe to drive on the roads" inspection.. or imo "lets see what crap we can get you on to cost you more money"
yeah they haven gotten us on to checking emissions yet.. but doubt its not too far away... although if they follow NJ lead that might change on the diesels... here Gassers still have to have all the emissions stuff in place.. where diesels are exempt.. but in NJ both have to still be intact... so if VA follows their lead the truck will fail.. since some of thats missing now lol..
Got the grill cleaned up and ready to go, rain falling on the metal roof and some charcoal heating up. 50 pounds of chicken setting here waiting to go on. Most I've ever had on my grill is 40 pounds so I borrowed a gas grill just incase I run out of room I can rotate the chicken around. Meat should be hitting the grill in about 15-20 minutes and expected time of completion is about 1-1:15. Giving them about a hour and 45mins to 2 hours to cook on the grill.
Oh.... and can't forget the couple different flavors of BBQ sauces and assorted spices and other ingredients setting on the counter on the house to put the perfect touch on them.
