C6 issues
1988 ford 7.3 diesel C6. The issue is tranny doesn't want to go when cold. It will move but you have wind it up. Same problem in forward or reverse. Let it warm up and it moves and shifts fine. No slips in the shifts. Anybody have any ideas tranny was rebuilt not to many miles ago.

That's a common problem when the clutch seals get old and hard. Were they replaced when the trans was rebuilt?
