Arm Rest Mount Inserts

Anyone have a source for these? I'd like to put an armrest on the driver's side, but it didn't have them originally on my truck.

Rivnuts won't work easily because the screws go in at an angle - hard to see in the pic.

These things are made of spring steel so they 'snap' into place. The driver's side doesn't have the openings for them, but those would be easy enough to cut in. If I could find a second set of these, I'd be set.

I have removed a bunch of those but I can't say that I could get my hands on a pair now. If I stumble across a pair I'll hold them for you.
