It's a pretty tough job to get the arcs right when travelling a long distance with them and having them broken up by doors, seams, etc...

Here it is almost finished, have to let it cure so a can sand out a couple of runs and use rubbing compound to get rid of the feather edges. I took lots of masking tape and paper, my friend had me use Scotch 233+ tape and it worked fantastic, I have nice clean edges.

Blindside backing isn't to bad if you have someone who can spot for you and in my case the wife isn't it, keep on telling her if she can't see my mirrors I can't see her but it doesn't sink in. Last blind spot should have been easy but it was all gravel with no real point of reference to start turning so after two failed attempts with little help from her I pulled ahead got out made her stand where I wanted to start turning and put it right where I wanted it. I'm buying a cone that will collapse down to use from now on it doesn't get mad and if I get pissed I will just run it over and not go to jail.
