You wouldn’t think I’d drag but I think I did leaving the shop after I lifted it. I agree it does look really off with the tires, I’m debating making a lower skirt for it to make it look a little better and maybe more aerodynamic
I have a skirt on my bumper pull toy hauler. It probably makes it looks better, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be adding a skirt if it wasn't already there. It's just not worth the hassle. The attachment points on my skirt have started to break. I'm not looking forward to fixing that.

You likely know this but any skirting and compartments you add will reduce your cargo capacity. The compartments especially could change your tongue weight. Unless you seal the compartment completely you could end up with soggy, dirty chairs.
