Does not matter how old your truck is if it gets the job done. I drive a 2000 7.3 and it does just fine. Also, I own mine, not paying the bank to drive their truck around.
Mhbell, it appears that your loaded truck is nose high; is that an optical illusion?
You may consider taking it over the scales and then rearrange some cargo.
I guess I'm visitor #2 in recent weeks to Gulf Waters RV Resort (just got home after three nights there). It's definitely a fancy place. We usually camp in Army Corps of Engineers campgrounds so being guided to our site was a new experience for us. Getting shaded by Palm trees was a first for the trailer. The kids had a great time at the beach so I expect we'll be repeat glampers.

Nice setup! Looks like you got a better site than I got. I didn't have any shade
Just picked up my new camper. First 5th wheel for me. Running an Anderson hitch in the bed. Pulls great. The truck knows it’s there though. Almost double the weight of the old camper.
My old 5th wheel. The worlds only triple axle Keystone Everest 345S. Great floor plan and was able to take my golf cart with me to the camping spot. Bought it new in 2007 sold it in 2017. The new owner gets to take his Harley with him now.
While you have tremendous under-pinning hardware (F450, and 3 axles on the 5th) ...
(obviously I'm mistaken) I wouldn't think that (frail appearing rack) could safely carry a golf cart (and/or a Harley) extended way back there.
From the Tim Taylor, <Grunt grunt> More Power theorem.

Well I can only tell you that the pics don't show what you need to see. The rack is hardly frail. I built it off of 4 - 2" receivers using .375 wall square tubing. 2 legs go through the fiberglass cap welded 60 inches deep into the I beam frame. I moved the stock 2 axles rearward before adding the third axle to correct the pin weight when the cart was loaded. My math told me it was good for 1100 lbs of cargo and my 48V club car scaled at just under 900 lbs. I modded this fiver after just one year of owning it and put thousands of miles on it over 9 years with no failures. Pin weight was also helped when I added the commercial fuel injected 5500W gen set.
