F150in4X4, here's the pic of the header to converter flange.
WE3ZS, that looks nice, I see your lines run up and down. Mine run parallel to the bottom of the box.
Drunken_Unicorn, maybe a little throatier but not much. It doesn't have the tinny sound of some headers, I like that. Good luck with your install, this is something I hope I don't ever have to do again.
That looks really nice i think i will go for this kit i don't mind a lil challenge, what all stuff would you recommend using other than the stuff that came with it or anything extra to get for the kit? Looking at doing this soon finally fell into some cash!

I had to buy an angle drill, plenty of new sharp 1/8", 5/32", 3/16" drill bits. Quality extractors, not made in china ones. Trust me on this, you do not want to remove a busted extractor.
2ea. 2 1/2" strap clamps to replace the cheap muffler clamps.
Be prepared for the worst and hope for the best.
I got to where I prayed on each stud that it would brake at the nut and not in the head. For the ones that broke at the nut, I tacked a 8mm nut to a 1/2" nut. Then screwed it on to the stud, this held it centered and made welding it to the stud a lot easier.
All the studs that broke off in the head broke about three treads in. I used a 8mm to 4mm reducer screwed into the head to center the drill. This worked on all but one stud, I still managed to drill that one crocked. I had to build a template to center, redrill and installed a helicoil in that hole.
Doing this now at Razzis house... The teardown was pretty easy, did the whole thing without help in about 2 hours. Had 3 snap on the passenger side (2 in the head and one at the nut and 4 on the drivers side and all below the surface We're trying to get it all straightened out right now... Please pray for us
I ground the end off of a tap so it would clean the threads down to the top of the broken stud. Then buy some left handed drill bits. We used a regular bit first to start the hole and then switched to a left hand bit. It worked on several studs. Prayers sent. Several times I had to walk away and come back later. Being impatient and frustrated will lead to breaking stuff that will take longer to remedy than walking away for awhile. Yes I learned that the hard way.

Razzi don't need prayers, just get him a few dozen cheeseburgers. I'm telling you he can twist those off with his fingers.
