My Crib - on the wife's Focus - this has actually been a really good car. She's put about 66k on it in just a little over two years. It knocks down between 36-39 MPG and other than the slightly confused transmission shifting, it's only got one little rattle in the hatch that I need to find (doesn't bother her)...
That's good! Our experience was just different. We didn't get great mileage like you are getting and the transmission was odd. Wife drives in the city so the mileage can only be so good and with city driving, you get to experience the wonky shifting more often. The Escape with the big motor does just as good as the Focus on mileage and is lots more fun to drive. Just our experience and I know plenty of other people love the Focus.
Sorry guys about not getting back on here. I didnt think anyone would care! lol I am not "trolling" whatever that means. I have been hunting down a used reliable truck to buy so I can get back to work. Just for a little more information on my situation, I purchased the truck 2 years ago with 38,000 miles on it from All American Ford in NJ. I ran it for two years pulling my trailer to and from golf courses and hauling the family around. I had absolutely 0 issues with the engine other than the fuel filter gelling up a few times even with running anti gel. I will try and talk to crystal. I already contacted Fords customer service several times and they were in contact with the local dealer I brought the truck to and after a week the dealer called me and told me there was nothing anyone would do. As for the truck it is sitting in my driveway nice and pretty looking. I still dont know what to do about it. I have owned nothing but Fords my entire life and I am at a crossroads right now. I will keep checking the thread now.

Sorry to hear you had this issue. I actually traded in my 2011 before the transmission and engine warranty was going to expire as I couldn't get an extended warranty on it. And upgraded to a 2015.
All of us enthusiasts do care about what happens to you.
Stick around and read up - most of us have had many different brand trucks as well as many generations of Ford Diesels.
Once you can PM, contact Crystal. She will at least let the right people at Ford know about the issue, even though it may not change the outcome.

Yea, I am not sure if the dealer has more pull on getting it fixed or Ford has the most influence on what happens when it is just out of warranty. Thank you JohnD333 for helping me out.

I suggest you try to pm her again. To do that scroll down to a post she made. Click het name (handle) jn the upper left corner of her message. That should open a screen with more info about her and also have "pm'. If you click pm, it should open a screen so you can write and send a. Private message. If "pm" is not an option, I think you have not been a member long enough or posted enough times.
If so, I suggest that you post all of the requested info public that I did not provider her with. For instance, I did not see in your earlier posts your Vin or actual mileage on more detail than 104k, but there can be more missing.
In my pm I mistakenly told Crystal your name was Joe, but I used your correct member name)(handle).
