Stealth Delete? keep it or not?

So I had performed a VC9 flush and partially clogged the oil cooler. I bought an EGR delete, blue spring and new OEM oil cooler. When a took the intake off I noticed the EGR cooler was welded shut on the end. I assume a stealth delete. I would prefer to keep the stealth and try to return the flo-pro but I am concerned that maybe the water side of the EGR cooler might also be clogged. I am not sure how the water flows or if it is still a concern. If I have gone to all this trouble I would like to get this in one shot. What would you folks do?

It would take a lot to clog the EGR Cooler on the coolant side.

I would keep the stealth, but that's my opinion.

if the Welds look of good quality I'd keep it. That's what i have welded on both ends.

Thank you. I inspected the welds and they were in good condition so back in it went! Most thankfully I already know the CEL will stay off! Thanks again.
