i have a 460 in my truck. i like it but she is a gas hog. i only have the tank behind my seat and that goes fast. hopefully it will be getting a diesel this fall.

Another thing to consider when choosing a engine swap is that the FE engine is heavy. From what I see the 360 is about 190 lbs heavier than a 302.

A loaded FE is supposed to be about 650 Lbs. When comparing to small car engines that wound up in trucks this may seem heavy, but it is quite light for an engine capable of 500 cubic inches (427 bore with 4.375 stroker crank)
