Google showed me A-1 Auto & Wrecking that looks like it has lots of salt-free project cars
Yeah, for the most part, what cars are there would be HUGE projects! The guy that owned the place died, and of course his family ended up with it. They had an auction about a month ago, so what is left is probably headed to the crusher.
Not much desireable stuff left to pick from.
Ranch Hand F/R bumpers, Warn 12k Powerplant w/synthetic rope
Custom made 4 ga welding cable, sold copper terminals, 350 Amp continous/500 surge; one side is hard wired to the battery, the other side I carry in the truck to jump start vehicles or I can be jump started just by plugging them together
'15 Dually King Ranch

What I haul...'09 Arctic Fox 1150 camper, almost 6000 lbs loaded
Coming from you Sailor I consider that a real compliment! I make those cables and just made up this set for a client out in Va. Sure are handy when you want or need to start your or someone else's rig, you don't even have to open the hood.

I was in Ft Worth sitting at a light on the Grapevine Hwy and a truck like this pulls up. I am in my Jeep Wrangler w/3" lift, I look to my left and I am looking UNDER the truck and seeing the other side of the street. Had no idea how high it was but my guess is it was around 48" from pavement to the rocker panel. The driveshafts were at a steep angle, tires were 48" I am sure.
Shocking, yea at the time, but since then I have been even more shocked when this passed me on I 10 at 70 mph in N San Antonio
Street legal with inspection tag, N San Antonio on I 10, passing me at 70 mph
