I love the look too. Wish they hadn't ditched the "real" F450 pickup from 11-14 or I may have one. They are expensive, but if they go the length of 2 sets of 17's it can offset, which they can "IF" you watch, monitor and rotate them. I have been told good quality caps are closing in on the price of virgin rubber anymore, so don't know if its worth it. I sent 5 11R22.5's off my work truck to get capped, but haven't seen them back yet and didn't ask cost. Very possible from the time I spend in scrapyards the casings were all junk. But new BFG steers were $420 ea and drives were around $460.

We have booked the lone full hookup site at Hickory Run State Park the 3rd weekend in April. Been there a ton, but there are still trails we haven't hiked. Not open to mountain biking though and I hate that. They open the 2nd weekend, but that site was booked. Gives me a little time to build the bike/kayak rack in the garage. Also have some nights booked at Raystown so far.

Since the 19.5's are commercial grade tires, I expect these to last 80-100,000 miles, probably twice the mileage I would get from LT tires.

Be mindful of watching those HSR's. Those were tougher to keep from erratic wear than Michelins we ran on our old F550 work trucks. You have to stay on top of them.

It's -25C here today. Truck needs some cleaning from road trip yesterday but it'll have to wait for warmer weather.

Out in the sticks! NW corner, about an hour from Las Vegas/Henderson NV.
High desert, Joshua trees, about a 1/4 mile from the highway in to the Sky Walk or Grand Canyon West.

Nah! That is where I have a house! But yeah, I also go dry camping just out in the desert...where I want, no fees! Just make sure I dont leave a mess!
PS....my house is near a small community called Dolan Springs. It is one of those "what you make it" kind of places!
