wondering how the IH Waterpumps are holding up for those who are running them. Looking to order the kit from diesel site this week and want to be absolutely positive they hold up good and last.
I have had major bad luck with auto parts stores water pumps. something like 5 pumps in the past couple years and 2 this year alone. Heres a link to the thread on my issues https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-pump-4-a.html.
Don't know why they keep leaking out of the weep hole other than just very poor quality parts.
Im so tired of replacing them and want a one and done solution. So are they worth the investment ?
For me it would be. Small leak wouldn't get fixed in the dead of winter but once it warmed up a bit I'd fix it. For some reason I'm OK with a little oil drip but I like to keep my water contained.
