Long line for that request Warren---maybe we could share it?
I know its a small thing but apart from everything else done here those custom-made fender emblems are just da bomb! Something about those small details just shout out not a thing was left undone, nothing half-assed about any of this work.

Has to be one of the best builds I've ever followed. Fantastic work and attention to detail. When you get people saying that the manufacturer should have produced a vehicle like it, you know you've done a fantastic build.
Then there is the fun part. The instrument cluster. I have taken the 2 clusters apart, and I am going to start wiring things together soon.
Steve S.
To many to list.
Interesting.....
I would love to see more info on how you accomplished joining the two clusters. Did you get the info center working? Correct Mileage? Wait to start and such.....
Working on the cluster as of late. I will try to explain what I am doing here.
The info center will not be working. Id love to be able to use it for at least the Odometer, but it uses a completely different architecture. Besides, this van does not have TPMS, Traction control, or just about any of the other stuff that comes up.
This is the original look of the 1999 Van cluster.
This is the look of the 2010 cluster.
Basically I am using the 2010 cluster shell, wiring in LED bulbs into the cluster and using the gauges and stuff from the 1999 cluster.
This is the inside of the 1999 cluster.
This is the 1999 gauge cluster that is cut apart and starting to integrate it onto the 2010 cluster face.
In theory this will work just fine. Within the next few days, I should be able to say it works for sure. I am adding a couple of new cluster lights in (4x4, and 4 low).
Slightly off your topic but concerning adapting clusters not necessarily available on some models......
In my quest to fit a Ford stock cluster with tach into an E-Series I dug into one from a '99 and discovered its inner workings, created an anatomy and dissection of sorts here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post11747876
For that reason I'm completely blown away by your approach, directly connecting sensor outputs to the individual internal IC servos---impressive!!
One day I'll add an IC with tach into a pre-'05 model which I believe was first year for that feature on E-Series.

Thanks. I added a note to your post. PM me, and I can hopefully share some wisdom with you lol
