LED Clearance Lights
A few of my clearance lights have gone out... and I'm loooking to replace them. I was told the bulb type was "194" and was wondering if I could just drop in some 194 type LED bulbs like these, in amber color without changing anything else

I have those exact lights in my truck right now as I type....See those little yellow dot looking deals on the top and sides ?? That is what's suppose to light up......Only on any given day at any time mine act as a strobe light..
they basically flicker on and off randomly w/o warning and all of them will do it..
I have no idea why or what the problem is, still waiting for a reply to my email complaining of the problem..
they are expensive and you have been warned.

First person I've ever heard of having problems with those leds. All of my friends have them and none of us have problems with them. My set has 50k + miles and I use my running lights almost any time the truck is running. They're in my mirrors a well

I did my entire '08 Super Duty with LEDs from these guys... never had a problem. As a matter of fact, I used them for my HID Headlights too and loved them.

FWIW I know recon isn't favored here but i got their cab lights and its been i think 3 years and never had an issue plus i like the little 3 forward facing leds per light they got going on there.
