I'm so confused, so if you could please help me choose the meat for dinner I'll fix an extra one just for you! Of course because of a distance problem, I'll have to eat it for you as your proxy!

The finish is going to be completely removed and start from scratch.......
Then I recommend shot blasting or chemical bath before re-application.............ASK if they will do that "starting from scratch".
After the sandblasting to bare metal....Then chemical cleaning, after which there is no touching .....Then Powder Coat Primer.....then bake.....then color powder coat.....then bake.
