A Mustang II with a 302 was a slightly overweight Pinto with a V-8............TONS of potential with a little old-school hot-rodding know how.

Quite a few kids in Z-28s and Trash-ams wonder WTH had just happened to them.

The EPA and insurance co's had real issues with performance cars..............ruined everything.

Pinto's..............I don't pick too much on them, one I drove with the German 120hp 2.0L and a 4spd stick, flat hauled azz!

When I was still in school I thought it would be cool to put a small block in one of those Vega's though.

Those are the only Vega's still running..............drag cars with V-8s

Every once and a while, you still see a running, stock Pinto............I haven't seen a stock Vega in 30yrs.

I had a friend I went to school with that had a Gremlin with a 302 in it and was very impressive until he cracked it up,lol

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Just getting home from the shopping trip to the "big" town. Stopped by the farm on the way home, chased a duck, fed a horse, appeased a mother and run the dogs.
