2014 F350 upfitter switch wire location.

The Upfitter wires are located on the driver's side under the dash close to the firewall. They are prewired to the switches and fused.

As I read the Ford bulletin and see pictures of the 3 parts needed to install the switches, so, the simple answer is no.
You have one connector to plug the upfitter harness into the truck wiring (assumes this connector is the power from the underhood Power Distribution Box) and then you snake a wiring harness over to where you mount the relays. See above eBay link and associated part numbers.
If no switches, you need all 3 parts.
