I think before an excorsism, why not some troubleshooting?
1. If you plug the hose to the be axles, does the pump stop after a while?
2. if you plug the hose at the pump does it stop?
3. Try the above with and without the HVAC set to off? What results do you get.
2 tells you if you need a pump, 1 tells you if you need a 4*4 switch to turn the vacuum?
If doing 1 oor 2 as 3 with HVAC in Off, then this tells you have leaks under the dash or the valve line to the he temperature control on the heater line, trace as appropriate.
I think I have posted this set somewhere before but maybe it's will help.
Manual A/C
EACT system
If you need it I have a photo of the control valve somewhere and I can
post that if you need me to. If you can find and isolate line #14 where it
comes off the reservoir then I would start there. Just plug the HVAC control
side and see if the 4X4 works. You might also want to "T" in a vacuum gauge
so watch what the vacuum is doing and how long it will hold.
Found the photos.
This is looking at the structures with dash and stereo removed.
The stereo sits right in front of the unit and not under the glove box.
This is a 2006 with the EACT system.
That Blue box top left is the steering wheel control
adaptor for my stereo.

The blend door actuator I got is not the one where the 6 lines plug into. Definitely different. It looks like it's mounted closer to the shaft in the back. I think.

I replaced the solenoid and the vacuum pump already. Thanks. I still need more testing. Lol
