When I turn right into a ramped driveway or the like I hear a short "grunt" sound like a tire tread is rubbing. Everything is stock and I have looked closely for where a front tire might rub. Nothing. Could it be the differential? Never heard that on the 2012. My Corvette will do some popping from the diff when I turn short and it's still cold but that stops after it warms up.
I can hear rubber/door seals complaining a bit when driving into steep driveways where the frame gets torqued. That my guess, I think everything flexes a little.
It could be either of the last 2 posts. Maybe one of the rubber bushings between the frame and cab or frame and box. No worries, just an observation. You know how it is when switching to a new truck and everything seems quiet and smooth for a while. I'm sure more little sounds will surface.

Hi gang,
If your truck is making a new noise or something just doesn't sound right, you can always have your dealer take a look. Let us know what you find out and don't hesitate to let me know if you need some additional help.
That is the over-active traction control. Mine is ultra-sensitive and does it any time I hit a small divot in the pavement while turning. Try turning off the traction control and it will magically disappear.

I'll give it a try. Never even entered my mind. But yes that could be what I'm hearing.
