Your ICP needs to be 540psi Plus to start the engine , if your gauge shows less than you wont build enough pressure , you do have a OEM oil cap right?
Don't know if SCT live wire will do it , does it read live data from the PCM/ OBDII port

you can disconnect the wire over on the passenger side wheel well open the fuel cap on top and crank, look for bubbles and it should fill quickly if it does fill then HFCM pump is good

in the tech folders will be a process to do the bubble test . lets hope for no bubbles, just fast filling fuel bowl. make sure everything is plugged in ICP IPR EGR etc
Well The AC Compressor locked up and wasent letting the belt turn on crank, so getting the whole a/c replaced all brand new.......Thanks For All The Replys And Help
