On the 2003 your injector control pressure sensor is located on the extreme rear, on the top of the engine. Snugged tightly under the turbo and intake manifold.

Oh yes, and there's the injector pressure regulator (IPR) back there as well. IPR uses two pin connector, same as VGT solenoid. ICP uses three pin, as the exhaust pressure sensor.

your ICP will be under the turbo towards the back of the engine with the IPR, the ICPV ( Injector control pressure voltage) is what we look at on our scan gauge , gauges. this set of three wires gets crispy and oily then it starts to short out , Gauges will help discover if it's the ICP sensor or voltage

Your ICP needs to be 540psi Plus to start the engine , if your gauge shows less than you wont build enough pressure , you do have a OEM oil cap right?

I am going to post the engine controls PDF BUT it's from the 06
so it most likely is not the same as the o4 but will give you an idea
on some things.

Also for some stupid reason it created the PDF with all the pages sideways

I tried to do the 03 diagram and the stupid data disk is not giving any love.
I may try beating on it if I have nothing to drive me crazy all day.

Your looking for ICP pressure and IPR %.
I think that you gauge will show both.
