PLEASE HELP

2003 f250 6.0......... i cannot figure out what the problem is.. i was driving my truck and suddenly it shuts off, so then i hooked up to my buddys truck with the jumper cables and started the truck, drove it down the road and it shut off again.....so i tow it home and check the voltage on the batterie and it was low, so i took the alternator off and took it in and it was bad..so then i charged the batteries put in a new alternator and the truck would crank and not turn over.. so i let a week go by and yesterday i got my batteries charged again and tried starting the truck and it did not even crank, i have no clue where to start now?????? ( I HAVE A SCT LIVEWIRE TUNER)

Load test the batteries
Check FICM voltages (Tech Folder has a thread on checking these voltages)
Get gauges so you can check for:
FICM Sync
ICP (pressure and voltage)

An alternative to gauges is the Scangauge II. Available from AutoZone and Amazon - and other places.

Does the Starter engage? I would look at the ICP and pigtail connection for the stall. also check the Battery cables for corrosion even the grounds.

Do this on both of the wires going to the starter.

Give me a little bit and I'll post the starting system.

when you get that bad boy started, take a look at the ICP and ICPV your stall was not the starter .Look for oil out the connection side of the sensor and in the connection plug, there may also be a short in the pig tail this was the Issue for my truck stalling out.
