Seems as though his main problem may be the nut that holds the wheel.

Better get a carb to go with it, might as well get a 400 crank and make that 351M a 400 and then get serious about it.

Ah... Dillon that was not a "pop" by no means. He just said some things that you did not like and lets all just leave it at that.

Well I was thinking my links were help, were they not? You can get a bunch of opinions off here, or not.... it a real open ended question like "what color should I paint my truck". Well I like red and or blue, but there are a lot of other options and combinations you can go with.

I say a do an aluminium intake and 4 bbl and drive on. You can "straight up" time it and get some more. A new cam might warrant other new parts to go with it. Valve springs ect...

And like suggested in the 1st place the 335 engine series forum has a ton of threads to read thru also.

Yea, let's put it all behind us XD. Anyway, do you have any specific intakes to recommend? I have a 4 barrel edelbrock, but I was thinking going to Holley. I was also thinking mechanical instead of vacuum secondaries.

I run a Edelbrock intake and Holly carb with an Off Road kit (stiffer spring) in it on the ol red truck, and the 351M gets around ok for me.

"Straight up timing" is the cheaper way to go 1st, read the links about it.

And or here you go more ideas.

I know. I was just saying if you ever do have any electrical problems, fmc400 is the guy to go to. Even though you're an electrician, these trucks can drive anyone nuts sometimes when it comes to electrical issues. Never hurts to get expert opinions on problems.
