Your performance intake ideas
I need to replace the seals on thr intake water crossover. Since I need to remove the intake its a good time to upgrade the intake. I havent looked to hard for one. I thought i would get some ideas and thoughts from you guys first. What you have done, were to get it, what brand.....

Which engine and year? There is next to nothing for the 5.4L if you are talking about replacing the actual intake and not just the intake tube. If you have the 4.6L there are some intakes and I don't know if there is anything for the 4.2L, I doubt it. If you have a NPI engine then a PI intake would be the trick but you'd need adapter plates.

your manifold may be damaged where the water tube bolts to it. THe manifold has an o-ring groove cut in it and the lip breaks off and the o-ring slips into the water jacket and causes the leak. I filled the o-ring groove with epoxy and filed it flat and put a gasket and RTV on both sides.
