Lastly, I'm not too worried about having to strip the engine, I got a bunch of that done over Christmas Break this year....
A Sterling rear end giving out on a Superduty? I haven't seen many of those.

While it may take a bit of searching, I have been exposed to many stories of reman woes - and people wishing they had gone new. I also have an issue with injector cores that have hundreds of thousands of miles on them, maybe even on their second or third rebuild, and getting a mish-mash of cores from different trucks with different maintenance practices. Too many variables for my taste. Even if you send your own in for rebuild, that may reduce the variables - but not radically improve the odds of reliable operation for another 200K miles.

I see no mention of intake plenums - that frequently comes with a turbo/injector upgrade.

I can't figure out how to update my signature right now, so here is the rundown. 4" exhaust, 6637 intake, new boots all around, rebuilt turbo, HPx, FRx, Hutch and Harpoon, Melling LPOP, and lastly, I think, my Hydra.

If and when I do injectors, I plan on having gauges on, or gauges ready to go in. My thoughts are Pyro, maybe dual, FP and potentially boost. I have torque pro for everything else right now. I have also been considering putting a new compressor wheel in my turbo, aftermarket of course.

I am looking to get to the 400 to 500 hp range, more towards the lower end of that spectrum, however I want to be able to tow 20k without burning her up.

I always thought a set of stage two injectors would be good, but I am completely open to anything reasonable. I would like to know what injectors you would recommend, and where you would get them from.

Thanks for the help,

Baatzy
I would go with the 205/100 and a 66 mm turbo you will have to upgrade your fuel system but it's a very good set up with the proper tuning and I've pulled gooseneck and skid loaders around with mine with the same set up
