I've been doing mostly stuff that'll keep water out of the cab and make for a more comfy and quiet ride, most of which fall under the "worse" category. The vent window pivot pin replacement? YEP!! X2 on that, bought some black permatex and now I fill in the cracks BEFORE the rain! Going to break down and order a new gasket from DC when I get a bunch of other stuff for my 79, my 77 and my 66 and 63,,, going to be about 10 benjamins worth of stuff,,, this is me when I pay for it,,,
This is me when I get it and start putting it on!
congrats red&white. My new windshield has been sitting in the garage for a while. I want to try it, my wife says let someone else do it. I'm like you, enjoy when its done with my hands, HOWEVER if it breaks, My trying new things will have to cease since I will have to put up with the I told you so's.
