We'll finally got my "off-road" package and got it installed and all I can say is wow. They should sell these things like this. Crazy how much power even on the stock level of the MM. Also how would I check if I have a race tuner? More videos and pictures tomorrow.
That is all straight pipe. I will post another video today showing everything. Also I am surprised at how quiet the cab still is even with the straight pipe. When you gun it though oh man is it awesome. Pretty sure though it's a race tuner, what it says on the website.

Any updates??? Not trying to rush ya, but interested in vids or pics...
Ok, I will just type it out as I can't get good lighting for a video. So today I tackled the EGR delete and wiring up the Mini Maxx to turn on and off with the truck. Well there are two rubber shut off boots that come with the EGR delete that close off two of the primary coolant, well after I get everything back together and buttoned up, I know I lost a couple of quarts of coolant. Well I mix the Ford Gold Motorcraft stuff and start pouring it in and out the bottom it came! The rubber boot swelled like a balloon and popped, creating a hole and draining all the coolant in the process. I bought some neoprene gloves and quadruple wrapped it around the fitting and used two hose clamps for right now and it seems to be holding. I recommend and am going to get a rubber hose that goes from one end to the other end so the coolant just circulates. All in all it was a good and bad day. I am NEVER going to put the EGR cooler, DPF in my truck ever again. The Senior Master Tech at the dealership I go to is cool with the DPF delete and EGR delete, so both of those are going on Ebay as I will never sell the truck either. I did go about 120 miles and the lie o meter was reporting about 18-19 while I have been getting around 16-17 going the same route so that was sweet. I promise I will take a video tomorrow

How long and difficult was the EGR delete??? I'm taking out my cooler as well..
The EGR Delete is a simple process, looking back at it. H&S has it in their manual as 30 steps. Sounds like a lot but not really. Step 21 was a little hard for me. The reason is I have large hands, it was hard for me to get back there to remove the 10mm nut in this step. I had to remove the intake so I could get back there. So, it was 32 instead of 30. This was the process that made it into a monster, I was figuring it out on the fly.
Started at 0700hrs on Saturday and finished at 1300hrs on Sunday.
I took my time and was able to complete the following in a weekend:
- DIESELSITE 2011-2013 Ford 6.7L Fuel Filter / Water Separator
- New MotorCraft Fuel Filters (Top & Bottom)
- aFe Stage 2 Intake System PG7
- H&S MiniMaxx Tuner
- Flo Pro 653NB 5" Aluminized Downpipe Back Exhaust w/ Muffler
- H&S EGR/Cooler Delete
- H&S Dash Mount & Adapter
The EGR delete is simple, just make sure you DRAIN THE COOLANT. DRAIN DRAIN DRAIN DRAIN DRAIN. I can't repeat myself enough, make sure you drain it man. I also had to remove my intake to get the cooler off because I couldn't get the 10mm nut. Also what EGR delete did you get? Make sure the caps are "stout" enough, because my coolant blew through and drained out all of my coolant. You will not regret it though man, because even though all of the trouble I had today, I don't regret it.
I got the one that Rudy's Diesel made, which includes rubber caps that are too thin. I read about Darren32's concern with the H & S rubber caps, and I HIGHLY recommend not using them and buying a heater hose and connecting the two coolant outlets. I am only recommending this because mine blew and drained all of my coolant and I was 60 miles away from the house. I had to literally buy a neoprene glove, cut it, layer it over 4 times and put it on and even now the pressure looks like it's almost going to pop it. I bought the hose tonight and will install tomorrow.
Yeah, I vaguely remember reading about Those caps started cracking and then started leaking. Darren's didn't start leaking right away, right??? It took a while if I remember correctly...
Tofan- what size hose did hose did ya get?
WK15 - how's your rubber caps were talking about holding up?
Mine was in for literally 60 miles and I didn't even beat on the truck either. I don't know when in that course it blew, I just know after I made it 60 miles I checked it(I had already burped and topped the coolant off prior to this) and I could see it leaking out. The hose I bought, which I matched directly from the coolant tube I took off is 1" in outside diameter x 3/4 inside diameter. I am gonna once again tear my truck apart, drain the coolant install this, re-install, burp, repeat. Then I will feel GREAT about this. I also want to get all the coolant from the inside of my engine. Anybody pressure wash these engines yet? I will also post a picture o the part failure as well.
