Ok so here is the deal!
Had some gelling, I put new fuel filters in. It seemed like I had a bad injector cuz when I unplugged one on the pass side it made no change in running condition. So I took all 4 injectors out of that side and ohm checked coils and sanded the spools and put back together, no change except now it seems like all injectors on that side aren't working right cuz when I unplug them no change in running. So I call Ed @ficm repair, I did an xchange with him in June . He says check alternator and get back to him, it was bad. So I head to Eds to get alternator and have him check my FICM, all good there! Then he talks me into blue spring update. Meanwhile, my batteries I put on trickle charge (they were at 12.5 before charge), get back home install alt, start truck same thing. Starts right up then within minutes it's losing rpm and missing real bad then dies, I get it running again and before it dies I shut it down and decide to put the blue spring in.here is the weird part now the truck is running and stays running, still missing a little but I can actually drive down the road. The other weird thing is it runs perfect on cold start and up to about 130 ect then it just get rougher from there. I have Dashboss to take readings.
ANY IDEAS why the blue spring made the difference and why it's great cold but bad hot?
One other thing I noticed when it ran bad/ pre blue spring, EGT would not go above 300

There's another member who's having the same problem as you. When his coolant hits 130* his engine dies. Search for a thread titled " 03 6.0 problems 190,00 miles.
They haven't come to a conclusion yet, but you might want to keep an eye on it or post your concern there. It's on page 2 right now.
does it restart right away after it shuts itself down or does it take quite a bit of cranking to get it back up and running? can you monitor your icp and ipr when cold and when warming up until the point of it shutting down. how did it run before the gelling problem?
not to insult you, but you did put the spool valves back in the same direction they came out right? they are directional and im not sure if the truck would even run if a few of them got switched around, but i have to ask just to rule it out.
are your icp and ipr reading from when the truck is running cold or when stumbling and about to shut down?
