I just bought the truck so i flushed the tranny so i knew when it was done. A friend of mine works at a ford dealership and we did it there with their machine. It idled for about ten minutes and then we flushed it.

Idling for 10 minutes does not open the internal tranny t-stat for full flow and if the fluid wasn't pre-heated it then will not open the t-stat. I wasn't there but I highly doubt that you got a full tranny flush. Back to Tim's ?, was the tranny having symptoms prior to the flush?
According to the machine it took out 19 quarts and put in 19 quarts and fluid level was fine.Im not sure if it was shifting ok before i bought it but when i test drove it before i bought it, it shifted ok to me.I just got home and i checked the fluid level and its full but it already dark.

Idling for 10 minutes usually won't get the trans anywhere near warm enough to open the thermostat.
Was it a heated flush machine? Even a non-heated machine can put 19 quarts into the trans and take out 19 quarts. If it isn't a heated machine most of the quarts coming out are the same ones that the machine is putting in instead of exchanging old fluid for new fluid.
