I stay about as far east as you get.... 10 mins from emerald isle. But it's nothing like the raliegh Durham area. I live within 1/2 mile of the national forest and love it, hear more boats/tractors/ gun shots (not crime related) than you do busy roads haha

"Pond"?!

I'd love to end up with a place that has a stocked pond on it.

My wonderful GPS Fred died suddenly this morning. It was quick, and I think painless (Though I do feel better after breaking things). He steered me wrong for the lAST time.
Hope y'all have a good day.

Thanks Bob. Still sore but healing nicely. All four stitches have come out. Still can't chew much. Went for checkup Friday and Dr gave the all clear to ride and shoot pistols but said hold off another month before shooting any long guns. Cheek on stock and all that jazz.

Funny photos of that poor lawn mower and gps. I can totally relate.

Tony, Hope you get the lawn work done in time for the ice storm on Monday. Crazy weather.

Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Just got home from the mudbog. I took third place for the night but made it on the trailer under it's own power and UN broke. The difference between 1-3rd was less than 2' (143' 6"-145' 2") then forth was around 112'.

Been a long week for me, doing my Armed Security Training, (scored 86.6 on day qualification, 97.3 on night qual), which effectively promotes me to a Sergeant with my company. Partially why I had to reshoot the day qual (first attempt was a 74, which is passing for cops, but not security guards haha), but the prone shooting messed me up too. Luckily none of that in the night qual lol
