Blend door help needed
Over the last weekend I pulled my dash apart and replaced my heater core and blend door. My problem is now it seems as though the blend door is stuck open, as in it only blows hot hot hot air. It sounds as if the blend door actuator is working because I hear it move but not very much. Besides pulling the dash apart again is there anything I can do to fix it? Has anyone heard of this happening??

I agree, sometime on other vehicles there is a stop in them and the door might be stopping it from reaching it's limits
