I'll get the spring loaded ones Travis recommended and torque them to specs.
It sounds like you are getting some of the best advjice out there from the people that have real time experience. It just seemed to me that you have had way more than your share of boots blowing off.
I am really going to try to get my intercooler in this winter. I have a small garage its a 2 car and only about 24 ft. which I an not sure if its going to be enough room, it will be tight. I have rarely parked a car in there, with all the other junk or treasures I keep in there. I have been trying to organize and get rid of some stuff. (my treasures (haven't used many years and prolly won't). it's really starting to get doable. I piped some heat in there from the house furnace and planning on getting a 220v electric heater. So if you can get your boots to stay on with 40+ boost I should be good to go with a little over 20. I thank you for all of the sharing of info you provide at your expense
Travis I don't think you are an azz at all (well most of the time )
The most important question, are they ribbed for her pleasure?
I don't know, I'll order an extra one and send it to you to try out, LOL

It should fit just being an extended cab. My cc is 22' long. No Matt, we aren't talking about that, LOL.
I'm waiting for a call back from Clampco. If I don't hear back from them I'm leaning towards dieselsite's clamps.
Just got ahold of Clampco and you have to buy 100 but recommended me to call Northwest Hose Fittings in Seattle, Wa. Their number is 5095367085 and I ordered 14 of them at $5.67 apiece. Part number is 94158-0325 and they are the heavy duty ones. Thanks again Travis!!
Wonder what clampco would charge for 100 of them. I always find myself digging through clamps trying to find some good ones that will fit IC pipes. Having a bunch of new ones laying around would be awesome. I think it's safe to say I wouldn't need clamps for a long long time. LOL
