Ok, thanks guys. I'm going to ponder that for the rest of the evening and get back with y'all in the morn. But thanks for the creative juices. I just don't have many of them.
After a night of thinking about it, and consulting with my favorite creative person, Janey, the decision is to stay about where we are. In other words, leave the heads of the screws peeking out and go with a very light chamfer. Both of us like the look and think it is time to spend energy on the next issue - whatever that is.
But, thanks to all for the collaboration. If nothing else it has helped to think through the possibilities. Thanks!
I have the app and don't like it either. And every once in a while the browser, in standard mode, will go into mobile mode so I kick it back to standard. I like seeing the same thing on every device.
I use BT but can use wifi. Anyway, I understand as my phone is always with me and the iPad stays in the house or, if I'm going out like last Monday, I'll carry it with me to Barnes & Noble or Starbucks. Lots easier to work from it than the iPhone but it can be done.
If I switch to Tmob I'll probably use BT because they implicitly welcome tethering.
No way I'm going to pay Sprint another $20 a month for the privilege.
I'm sure BT uses less power from the phone, but with Qi charging it is easy to be juicing up every time I set it down.
