Here is the file with a spreadsheet extension. If you want to play back the data with AE, you need to rename the file extension (after the dot) from "xls" to "csv".
I looked at the PIDs in the data provided and everything looks normal for a stock truck with a stock tune, with two exceptions: The MAP (boost) looked a little high - but that can be explained with better air intake and/or bigger exhaust. The Exhaust Back Pressure looked wrong, in relation to the boost. The EBP looked about the same as MAP, and sometimes lower than MAP (physically impossible). Either your MAP sensor is reading high (unlikely) or you have a clogged or otherwise inaccurate EBP sensor (very very likely).
I'm missing some useful data, like speed... but I'm guessing there's a WOT run in there up to about 80-90 MPH. If that's the case, the time looks about right for stock. If Matt and Pedal made bacon for 20 seconds on Stinky, disaster would ensue.
Gentlemen I don't spend enough time on this forum to know what you're talking about. "If Matt and Pedal made bacon for 20 seconds on Stinky, disaster would ensue."? Sorry I'm trying to get it but I don't. What about IDM does it work in limp or half mode? What about FPR? If the injectors are quiet doesn't that mean fuel supply is out of it's parameter unlike when you set your F5 chip to 4 and injectors get loud = more fuel = louder injectors? New fuel filter installed and new AIS air filter installed. about 4K on this oil and I can still see through it on the stick. still looking for ideas? Thanks Joe

he was just meaning a wide open throttle run "wot"
stinky is his trucks name. "that runs very, VERY, well."
have you had a chance to tinker any with your baby? clean the ebp..
Pedal is one of my friends in the truck. She doesn't have an hourglass figure, but she sure knows how to swivel those hips. If you look down, you'll see her there, glaring at Matt (her mate). Matt is quiet, but he's really good at his job and Pedal finds him irresistible. When the mood strikes, Pedal will pounce on Matt, and that's what I call "makin' bacon". Garret, a coloratura soprano (that sits atop the engine), and Flo, a bass (that hangs around under the truck) provide the sound track. Sometimes Jake (sits alongside Pedal), the chaperon, steps in and ruins the party.
I'm not saying the EBP will absolutely fix the truck... but it might. It's reading wrong and that can effect many things.
I can't hear the truck, so I don't know if your truck is too quiet, or if it was too loud up until now. I'll talk about what can make the truck loud:
Start Of Injection at the wrong time - this is strictly tuning, but a bad sensor can make it happen. CPS is the most obvious sensor to effect timing, but there are others.
Injectors - I could probably form a catalog of obnoxious noises the injectors make... not unlike George Carlin's shtick on farts.
Air in fuel - I had this, and the Hutch mod with the FRx quieted things right down... but this problem can come and go with filling the tank.
Injector Control Pressure - I've heard some loud tunes with big ICP at casual acceleration and switching back to stock is very quiet by comparison.
Well guys here's a few things I've tried with little success, first I changed the CPS and no change is the way this truck runs, so I took out the replacement and reinstalled the one I had been running (updated model from the Ford recall some years back) I keep an old spare in the glovebox. Next I removed the EGB tube and sensor cleaned the tube as per the video and sensor looked fine reinstalled tube and sensor and still no change is the way the truck runs.
Ok what next, what can I check or do next? Exhaust gas temps are running a little higher than normal which concerns me nearing the end of camping season and will have to move my 14,000 lb fifth wheel.
I noticed in your sig you had a DP chip. Does the truck sound the same in all the tune settings? I know that once mine is in the stock setting it is very quiet and feels like I lost half the Cyls . When I switch to 80E there is def more noise. My 2 cents!
