Engine Light - 2 Blinks
'97 F-150 4.2L V-6. I was wondering if anyone knew the codes for the OBD when the check engine light comes on. Mine is on and when i turn the key a few times it turns on, turns off, then turns on steady. I do not know if this would be considered as 2 blinks or 1 blink. If anyone knows what it means tell me. It is running a bit on the rough side also. Thanks

I think it should be a steady light with OBD. You will need someone to read the codes with a scan tool. I dont know if you can get the codes anyother way. Racerguy might be able to clue you in on this. I think most auto parts stores now offer free checks. I would give some a call and see. Good luck.
