DC power alternator installed
The Visteon 160 amp will do high 12's low 13's during GP cycle. The Prestolite 230 amp is 13.8+ volts.
Seems the 130 3G and 140 6G are low 12's and the 110 amp 6G is 11's

Kit includes 1/0 wire from the back stud of the alternator to supplied ANL fuse block with ANL (imagine that) fuse, another cable from the fuse block to the positive stud of the passenger side battery, and a 3rd cable for grounding from one of the three alternator mounting bolts to the vehicle frame.
What's cool about DC Power is that they also offer a case repackaging service. Essentially, if your current alternator isn't dead, you could just put it on the shelf until the inevitable time comes when you'd be looking to sell the truck.

When that time comes, though, you could just pop the DC Power alternator onto the new vehicle with a different case (if necessary). Of course, there's a charge for this, but far less than for a new alternator...

So...you get to justify a wicked awesome alternator now and keep it forever!
Hope this helps someone out!!
