AE Class II - Troubleshooting

New to me E350; does anything jump out?
I read through class 1 taking notes, and now finished class II. :-) Thought I'd bump it with a scan from my van. I've really enjoyed the threads. I got AE last week to help when trouble hits; I am not that familiar with diesels. I didn't like the version of AE that comes with the new units; reconfiguring sensors and ranges each time is a real PITA. Word from AE is that they will not get a save session working again, so I backed down to an earlier version that allows saving. Anyway, this is a creampuff 1997 E-350 with a 7.3. I think it was used in summer only for towing. It's got 150k. I changed oil & filter, fuel filter, air filters. Seems to run well. I believe it to be stock. If anyone has time to have a look, I'd appreciate any thoughts on concerns from the data. I am still working on deciphering all the interactions and relationships...

This might sound weird, but I can't tell if you're tuned or not. At first glance, I see numbers consistent with 80% or 100% nozzles (very fast truck), then I see 0.44 FIPW when you let off the throttle (normal is 0.60). This implies the reading could be off by 26%... or not.
Can you rid yourself of excess tread with an itchy foot?

LOL, I don't know; I have been going easy on my new baby so far except for the couple of WOT runs for the scan data.
I would say it isn't ready to light them up at the twitch of a toe though.
