Hmmm.... When my injectors and turbo were stock, Stinky could blow about 22 PSI boost in stock tune (air, exhaust, fuel, and red line mods). I was getting wonky readings on my boost gauge after a number of WOT runs in 80E and I discovered a leak in my intake plenums. I'm not saying this is the issue with yours, but I threw that in there for reference.
After careful review of your data, something looks a little "hinky" with your IPR. The number at idle looks a little low for 30% nozzles, but it looks normal at WOT. I also have to ask if you ever solved your high Perdel problems. I see so much going on in your old data I have, and with the experience I've gained since this data was taken... there is a plethora of issues I see.
I'll need some fresh WOT runs with:
Fuel Injector Pulse Width (0-5 ms)
RPM (0-3500)
Injector Control Pressure PSI (0-3500)
MPH (0-100)
Injector Control Pressure Duty Cycle %
Mass Fuel Desired %
Are you getting any banging, clicking, or excessive cackle on one side more than the other? Smoke or haze (any color)? Is it pretty stinky by the tail pipe at idle?
My idle is good now. I go my injector issues worked out. I also had an icp sensor issue so I warrantied my 6 month old one from ford and fixed that issue. No smell or smoke at idle unless its col outside then I see some smoke.
The old data will only be good for comparison .
I will see If i can get some data tonight.
Okay this is obviously continuing on my problem but I figured I would include the title anyway. Rich I have some new data. I had my 4.5k +/- hooked up so it is with a load and I think I can see some problems but I want to hear what you have to say. One of the problems is only visible with more of the data shown so I will send you the data files via email. Here is the .png
This might be coincidence, but your data looks amazingly similar to a stock tune. Do you feel any difference between tunes? Do you have a mix of Matt and Bill tunes on your Hydra?
You mentioned EBP and MAP in your email. Your data looks on par for those injectors with a boost fooler.

Nope just Matts tunes. This was similar to an 80e . I thought the Map was a little low for the 6/6 wheel witha load. Also looked to me.like the hpop isn't keeping up. Its a T500.

The reason I ask is because I'm wondering if you have a chip connection thing going on.
I see no mention of a boost fooler in your sig, and the low MAP reading surprised you. Is there something on the truck you are unaware of? It happened to me... twice.
Your T500 is in question, from the small data set I have. I see your MFD, IPR, and ICP lowering on what looks like you're backing out of a WOT. You then do a foot-lift and I see a big, hairy Stinky Spike. This is a bit odd when the IPR is lower than 30% and you're not really demanding too much from the HPOP. Every Stinky Spike I've seen before had an HPOP that was asked for max (with IPR climbing fast) and it couldn't deliver. This is more like an oil oddity. Does your throttle jump or buck? Smoke or haze while warming up? Does the truck take just a little longer to start than you expect? Any clicking under the hood... like a tiny miner digging for oil with a wee pick-axe?

Looking at that data, grab one of the free stock tunes and load it... just to see what happens. I can tell you the idle will suck.

I never backed out of a WOT I think what you are seeing is when it shifted. I noticed the ICP dropped when it shifted ( mayb the same reason for high EGT when towing?) . I don't have any miners under th hood. It actually seems to run very well. No clicking either. I only notice haze or smoke when cold.
I was going to get some more data in other tunes while I was out but I forgot. He data I sent you was a " modified tune" that I asked Matt for a while back. I had forgot. He "backed some fuel out" I couldn't ever tell a difference but maybe that is what we are seeing. Maybe a longer pulse width and lower icp or something.
I will get some data in my "heavy tow" tune and the non modified"80e.
Oh and no boost fooler. I was always told those are built into the tunes. Nothing on the map line. I have pegged my 30psi gauge more than once but doesn't look like it did it this time and the 6/6 wheel should do that easily.
