Maybe I have to do the walk to the dealer...

Oh, I found out, if I let the fuel pump cycle 2 times, the truck starts just fine. How long is your fuel pump running, until it stops? Mine seems to run a little too long. Maybe about 20-25 seconds. Is that normal?
Sorry King Kerosin, I feel your frustration, your Torque should read these hopefully Cheezit or some one that knows this devise to help you program, the HFCM 20/25 sec is about right . Hang in there we are trying to help a Brother out

Did the blue spring mod today. Still no change. Ok, I didn't expect that.
Will buy the scan gauge next week.

Yeah, I'll pull the filter tomorrow again. That are only 2 minutes of work...
I wanna exclude the easy/cheap things first.

What did you find out? Did the bent piece have any effect? I have similar issue except worse. When I start mine after sitting over night sometimes it runs smooth as silk and other time runs like it is only hitting on 6 cylinders. On cold winter mornings the whole engine bounces around under the hood for a couple minutes. Once warm it runs like a champ. I recently changed my ICP sensor so I know that is ruled out. Most everything I have checked on the scan gauge looks normal. I have even monitored each cylinder for misses and see 0 misses on all cylinders.

I have recently changed all filters also. It didn't change a thing.

I just ordered some Archoil. Reading here it sounds like the ticket.

Currently hsving the same issues...........checked FICM voltage low side KOEO 45.5v running it fluttered between 45.5 and 47.5v. So i went ahead and did the FICM repair.........better but not great still acting up.The FICM is holding @ 48.5v. But it did all start when filter change ........... changed oil went with the schafer 5w40 and royal purple filters. Then the ICP went out..........changed that.......then the FICM acted up.........repaired that.
now it is still finicky..........looking at the injecters.......but runs awesome when trans is warmed up???? should I run an oil conditioner?
